Welcome to the SUN GALLERY

Jocelyne Guesnon

Born on November 27, 1951, laboratory technician, throughout my career I have taken, through the microscope, a precise and admiring look at the infinitely small, its incredible construction, its still unexplained mysteries. .

Quite naturally, as an evidence, the need to transcribe these feelings imposed itself on me and painting was the vector. I have been painting since 1983.

On the canvas I put subjects, shapes, colors that are imbued with my emotions.

Several professional artists brought me the technical knowledge, the personalized advice, which I needed to improve myself, mainly Pierre Chartron, Snezanna Avignon and Katia Khostoff.

-1997: Silver medal in the Pastels category, awarded by the Académie Internationale de Lutèce,
